Green Roof Gardeners
We are a group of guerilla gardeners interested in greening urban spaces.
Mission:
We maintain a green presence on the 8th and 9th floor terrace at City Hall with personal and communally shared planting spaces.
We monitor and care for City Hall’s “Green Roof” demonstration project, which was launched in 2005 by the BRA, now the Planning Department.
We create community and learning opportunities through a shared interest of growing, all experience levels are welcome!
