Downtown: 15-19 Edinboro Street Abutters Meeting 4/3/2025

Change occupancy from Restaurant #37, photo studio, artist studio and tailor shop to Restaurant #37, 3 Live/work units (Bicycle shop/Kung Fu studio/Art gallery), and five residential units. Scope includes the extension of rear fire escape, reconfiguration of interior, stair removal (Floors 2-5) and upgrades to life safety.
