Applicant Suffolk Sterling Racecourse is applying with the Licensing Board to open a new establishment in a new location. Proposal will include restaurant, bar and a section for accessory gambling. Application includes the transfer of an All-Alcohol License to this premises. Intended closing hours are 2:00 a.m.
