Boston Cannabis Board Voting Agenda

You are hereby notified that the Boston Cannabis Board (the “BCB”) will hold a virtual public voting hearing on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 1 p.m. The voting hearing is open to the public, however, no additional testimony will be accepted.

This hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, further extending modifications to the Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. ch. 30A s. 20). The BCB reserves the right to amend the agenda pursuant to applicable Open Meeting Law and Public Notice requirements.
