MINUTES 

1.      Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the August 14, 2025, Board Meeting.

LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT

2.      Request authorization for EDIC-owned properties to be included in a joint request for proposals with the City of Boston to seek bids relating to vending services in connection with the Sail 250 event in 2026.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/INVITATION FOR BIDS/CONTRACTS/GRANTS

3.      Request authorization to issue an Invitation for Bids for Arborist services on EDIC-owned properties in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for a period of 3 years, with 2 one-year extension term options.

4.      Request authorization to issue a Request for Proposals for a contractor to provide Outreach, Recruitment, and Career Exploration services to support the Boston Climate Jobs Alliance.

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

5.      Request authorization to (1) award a $500,000 grant from previously accepted ARPA funds to BDC Community Capital; and (2) enter into a grant agreement outlining the use and conditions of the funds to support small business lending and financial assistance for Boston-based businesses, particularly those in neighborhoods vulnerable to displacement.
