Mission Hill: 87 Heath Street Abutters Meeting

Subdivide 87 Heath Street (parcel 1001258000) into two lots (lot A and lot B) as shown on the plan of land, with lot A containing 1,884 square feet and lot B containing 2,116 square feet. Combine lot B with 83-85 Heath Street (parcel 1001257000) to create a new lot containing 6,116 square feet for a new proposed five-story, 14-unit residential building with ground level garage parking for seven vehicles.
