The Welcome Home, Boston – Nottingham Street project is associated with Phase II of the Welcome Home, Boston program which is an initiative to help low to moderate-income Bostonians become homeowners. The City of Boston Mayor Michelle Wu has allocated $58 Million in time-limited Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to support the initiative.
The Welcome Home, Boston – Nottingham Street is one of six projects in Phase II of the Welcome Home, Boston program. The project will result in the new construction of twelve (12) affordable homeownership units, split evenly between eighty percent (80%) Area Median Income (AMI) and one hundred percent (100%) AMI units.
