Roxbury: 1071 Massachusetts Avenue Abutters Meeting

Replace the existing EMCs with new units. This is not allowed under Zoning Code Article 11-7 and State Billboard Law 700 CMR 3.00. Once this application is denied, the refusal letter will be used to appeal the denial to the Zoning Board.
