Hyde Park: 21 Tina Avenue Abutters Meeting

New construction of a two-family home with 3,500 square feet. The first floor and basement will be Unit One, which will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second floor and attic will be Unit Two, which will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Includes full foundation, framing, MEPs, insulation, finishes, wood frame, asphalt/membrane roof and work site.
