Boston Area Business Support Organization Directory Survey
The Office of Small Business is creating an online directory of Boston-area organizations that support small businesses. The final directory will be published on the Office of Small Business website. By sharing specific details about your organization's mission and focus, you will be helping small business owners efficiently navigate the resources and services available to them.
What to Know About the Survey

The survey collects foundational, long-term ("evergreen") information. However, Section 3 includes a field to add a link to your organization’s active programming or event calendar. Please use this to direct users to your most up-to-date offerings.

In Section 5, you may include a brief description of your organization (200–300 words). This section is optional and can be used to share anything not captured in earlier sections—such as a more personalized overview, additional guidance, key insights, or even an inspirational quote. Please note: this is not the place for your mission statement.

The directory includes organization logos. Use Section 6 to upload your logo. If your organization has multiple versions, please choose one with minimal text. If you encounter any upload issues, you may email the logo directly to: lindsey.swett@boston.gov.
Next Steps
Complete the survey at the bottom of this page. The directory will go live this fall. Organizations will be able to opt in after publication and will have regular opportunities to update their listing.
