Mission Hill: 33 S Huntington Avenue Abutters Meeting

Change occupancy from 38 units, retail, restaurant, parking and a nail salon to 41 residential units, retail, restaurant, parking and a nail salon. Then renovate the existing first floor to accommodate three new residential dwelling units while reducing underutilized commercial spaces, as per plans submitted.
