Gosselin PLS (MA#37047), date of certification October 09, 2018, and to have the Commissioner of the Parks and Recreation Department enter into all contracts, agreements, or documents and execute any and all instruments as may be necessary.
    2. The Parks and Recreation Commission, on behalf of the City of Boston, for the purposes of providing a park in accordance with Article 97 of the Amendments to the Massachusetts Constitution, hereby authorizes the acceptance, inclusive of trees in accordance with a deed of the parcels of open land located at 223-225 Norwell Street in the Dorchester neighborhood (a/k/a “Norwell Street Park”), consisting of 2,387 square feet (0.05 acres) of open land identified in the records of the Assessing Department as Parcel 1700181000, and bounded and described according to a plan of survey titled “Revised Property Line” and made by Spatial DATA & Design, 99 Main Street, Millbury, MA 01527, Richard F. Gosselin PLS (MA#37047), date of certification October 09, 2018, being transferred from the Mayor’s Office of Housing pursuant to a vote of the Boston Public Facilities Commission on September 20, 2023, and to have the Commissioner of the Parks and Recreation Department enter into all contracts, agreements, or documents and execute any and all instruments as may be necessary.
