FLASHOVER FIRE TRAINING SIMULATOR: BUILD, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Fire Department, 115 Southampton Street, Boston, MA 02118, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above. M.G.L. c. 149

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Flashover Simulator for BFD.

Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, January 14, 2026 and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, December 22, 2025 after 9:00 A.M., Boston time. 

The City of Boston Fire Department is seeking a qualified vendor to build, deliver and install a Flashover Fire Training Simulator compliant with NFPA 1402 "Standard on Facilities for Fire Training and Associated Props".
