BPS - EMPLOYEE PARKING SOLUTIONS & DISCOUNTED SPACE INVENTORY

Responses will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All submissions are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFI documents: BPS RFI - Employee Parking Solutions.

Responses must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, January 20, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFI documents will be available on or about Monday, January 5, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time. 

Boston Public Schools (BPS) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential partners and facilities capable of providing discounted off-street parking options for BPS employees. Please Note: This RFI is issued solely for information-gathering purposes to help understand market options. No contract will be awarded as a result of this request.
