Project Goals
One parcel totaling 2037 sq ft and zoned for 3F-4000. This parcel is too small to develop on its own and there are no other vacant lots to be assembled for development. Both 23 and 27 Lambert (direct abutters) have expressed interest in purchasing the parcel in the past. Their properties are reasonably assessed and this property is prime for a RFP.

This project is going through a zoning review with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Then we’ll work with the Developer on funding, design, and compliance.
