The Community Builders propose to acquire and transform the Comfort Inn hotel at 900 Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester into 99 units of permanent supportive housing for people exiting homelessness who are 62 and older. Pine Street Inn will provide supportive services for residents. Former hotel rooms will be renovated to include kitchenettes in each unit. The ground level space will be used for management and service provider office space, resident meeting space and storage.
