BPL CENTRAL LIBRARY FIBER OPTIC NETWORK CABLING

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: BPL Central Library Fiber Optic Network Cabling.

Proposals must be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, March 3, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Tuesday, January 20, 2026, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time. 

MANDATORY walkthrough at 9:00 A.M., (Boston Time) on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at Copley Branch of the Boston Public Library, 700 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116. Please come in through the Boylston Street Building entrance and sign in at the security desk where the Project Manager will meet with you. Please RSVP by Monday, January 26, 2026, before 4:00 P.M., (Boston Time) to business@bpl.org.
