ROADWAY PATCH AND TRENCH REPAIRS IN THE CITY OF BOSTON (2026)

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Roadway Patch and Trench Repairs in the City of Boston (2026).

Bids must be submitted before 11:00 A.M., Boston time, Thursday, February 5, 2026, and opened forthwith at 1:00 P.M. via Google Meet: http://meet.google.com/esc-qzov-tma. 

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, January 19, 2026, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time. 

MassDOT prequalification in the category of Pavement Surfacing is required for this contract, valued at $15,005,715.00 over 3 years. Waiver requests must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks prior to the bid opening date. The City of Boston seeks to procure two (2) contracts for permanent pavement repairs to citywide roadway areas disturbed by utility or private construction. An optional Pre-Bid Question and Answer session will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. via Google Meet, accessible at: http://meet.google.com/obu-vbcj-anm. A bid deposit of 5% of the total Year 1 bid value is required for this submission.
