FIRE ALARM SERVICES FOR BFD

The City of Boston, acting by the Fire Department, 115 Southampton Street, Boston, MA 02118, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above. 

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Fire Alarm Services for BFD.

Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Wednesday, March, 4, 2026 and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, February, 9, 2026 after 9:00 A.M., Boston time

Provide annual inspections for the preventive maintenance and as needed repairs of fire alarm life safety equipment at various Boston Fire Department locations. Vendors will also need to select sub-bid for fire sprinkler services to work closely with.
