Administration

1.  Commission Authorization to Award a Contract to CAE Solutions Corporation for development of a Business Intelligence Management Dashboard. Services will be purchased under a Massachusetts State Contract.

2.  Commission Authorization to Award a Contract to ESRI, a sole-source  provider for licensing, maintenance and technical support services for the Commission’s Geographical Information Systems for 1 year. These services  will be purchased under a Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Contract.

3.  Commission Authorization to Award a to SHI for purchase of ICS and SCADA cybersecurity monitoring services to support the security augmentation for all the OT Infrastructure for the period March 17, 2026 to  March 16, 2028. These services will be procured under MHEC 15-F04  (Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium).

4.  Commission Authorization to Amend Contract 21-207-002 for Professional Services to provide assistance in Requirements Assessment, Evaluation,  Acquisition and Implementation Management of a Construction Project Management System.

5.  Commission Authorization to Approve and Execute a New Kahua Licensing  Fee Agreement for Contract 23-207-001.
