LANDSCAPING SERVICES AT THE EAST BOSTON SENIOR CENTER

The City of Boston, acting by the Property Management Department Name, 1 City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Landscaping Services at the East Boston Senior Center located at 7 Bayswater Street, Boston MA.

Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, March 31, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, March 9, 2026, after 10:00 A.M., Boston time. Questions are due on March 24, 2026, by 12:00 P.M.

Site Visit is scheduled for March 19, 2026, at 10:00AM at the East Boston Senior Center, 7 Bayswater St., East Boston, MA in the front lobby.

The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a primary landscaping contractor to furnish all labor, personnel, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for the landscaping maintenance. clean-up, mulching, & planting services.
