INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES

The City of Boston, acting by the Office of Budget Management, 1 City Hall Square, Room 813, Boston, MA 02201 hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites written proposals for the project listed above. 

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Insurance Brokerage Services

Proposals shall be submitted before 5:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, April 17, 2026 and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, March 16, 2026, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time

The City of Boston is seeking insurance brokerage services to market, place, service and renew the City’s commercial insurance policies. This will include providing public risk finance subject matter expertise and recommendations regarding insurance requirements for City of Boston contracts, and the purchase and management of additional risk reduction solutions as necessary. The contract term for this procurement will run from June 2026 to June 2029 and will include three separate insurance policy periods.
