BPL BRIDGE TO MCKIM ADVISORY SERVICES

The City of Boston, acting by the Trustee of the Public Library of the City of Boston, 700 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above. 

 

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: BPL Bridge to McKim Advisory Services.

Proposals must be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, April 17, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, March 16, 2026, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time. 

MANDATORY walkthrough at 9:00 A.M. Boston time, on Monday, March 30, 2026, at Copley Branch of the Boston Public Library, 230 Dartmouth Street, Boston, MA 02116. Please come in through the McKim Building entrance and sign in at the security desk where the Project Manager will meet with you. Please RSVP by Friday, March 27, 2026, before 2:00 P.M. Boston time to business@bpl.org.
