Excessive Heat Warning in Boston

Mayor Wu issued an excessive heat warning for the City from Wednesday, July 1, through Friday, July 3, due to the heat in the forecast. The City will activate cooling centers, and pools will be open across Boston.

Boston Landmarks Commission

The Boston Landmarks Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6 p.m.

This hearing will only be held virtually and NOT in person. You can participate in this hearing by going to our online meeting or calling 646-828-7666 and entering meeting id #160 041 8225. You can also submit written comments or questions to blc@boston.gov.
