COMPREHENSIVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BRUCE C. BOLLING BUILDING

The City of Boston, acting by the Property Management Department, 1 City Hall Plaza, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above.

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Comprehensive Property Management at Bruce C Bolling Building at 2300 Washington St Boston, MA.

Proposals must be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, May 15, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, April 27, 2026, after 10:00 A.M., Boston time

The City’s goal is that the proposer contributes to the activation of Nubian Square. A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 12:00 pm, front lobby of 2300 Washington Street, Boston.
