SPACE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Centers for Youth and Families, 1583 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02120, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above.

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Space Management Software

Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, May 11, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, April 27, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time

The Boston Centers for Youth and Families (“BCYF”) is seeking a qualified vendor to license a web-based scheduling, registration, and program management platform. This platform will be used by City staff, vendors, and members of the public to manage space at BCYF community centers and pools throughout the City of Boston.
