Mattapan: 67 Standard & 2-4 Freeland Street Abutters Meeting
67 Standard Street will be subdivided into two lots with a change of occupancy from a three-family to a two-family. No work to the structure, currently with 6517 sqft. to be known as Lot A. After division, Lot A will have 3,185 sq ft. and Lot B (the vacant lot with a Garage will be demolished on separate permit) will have 3,332 sq ft. for ERT1810258. 2-4 Freeland Street is proposing for a new construction type 5A two-family building, not sprinklered, with an attached two-car garage. Existing garage to be demolished. This is part of lot submission application (ALT1810227).
The purpose of this meeting is to get community input and listen to the resident's positions on this proposal. This is a virtual meeting via Zoom.
