LOT CLEARANCE SERVICES AS NEEDED FOR VARIOUS CITY PROPERTIES

The City of Boston, acting by the Mayor’s Office of Housing, 26 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Lot Clearance Services As Needed for Various City Properties.

Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, June 4, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, May 4, 2026 after 09:00 A.M., Boston time. 

A mandatory Bidders Conference will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM in our office located at 26 Central Ave, Hyde Park, MA 02136
