AI-ENABLED MTSS PLATFORM

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02119, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above. 

 

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: AI-Enabled MTSS Platform

Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, May 26, 2026 and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, May 11, 2026 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time.

 Boston Public Schools (BPS) is seeking a comprehensive, unified data platform to support the implementation of an Equitable MTSS. The platform must integrate a range of student input and outcome data—including attendance, grades, and assessments—with generative AI tools to assist educators in creating, monitoring, and adjusting tier 1 instruction and intervention and enrichment plans. The selected solution must ensure the highest standards of student data privacy while allowing for deep customization of curriculum and assessment inputs.  This platform will serve students and educators at every Boston Public School.
