RFI: ADDITIONAL CLASSROOM SPACE FOR THE MENDELL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Responses will be solicited from interested vendors via the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/departments/procurement.

All submissions are subject to all applicable provisions of law and to the terms and conditions outlined in the RFI documents: Request for Information: Additional Classroom Space for the Mendell Elementary School.

Responses must be submitted before 12:00 P.M. EST on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFI documents will be available on or about Monday, May 25, 2026, after 8:00 A.M. EST.

Boston Public Schools (BPS) is seeking vendors with available classroom space to support the academic programming of the student community at Mendell Elementary School. BPS aims to provide a high-quality, accessible, and enriching space for students' academic programming.  BPS is seeking input from organizations that provide, or have the capacity to provide, space that can accommodate classroom availability.

Please Note: This RFI is issued solely for information-gathering purposes to help understand market options. No contract will be awarded as a result of this request.
