Responses will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All submissions are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the IFB documents: Invitation for Bids: Madison Park HVAC Instructional Equipment & Supplies

Responses must be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, June 9, 2026 and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Tuesday, May 26, 2026 after 12:00P.M., Boston time.

Boston Public Schools (BPS) is seeking qualified vendors to provide HVAC instructional equipment, tools, machinery, supplies, and related materials at BPS schools in support of Mayor Wu and Superintendent Skipper’s citywide commitment: to provide quality, accessible, and enriching before-and after-school programming at every BPS school.
