The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington St, Roxbury, MA 02119, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Produce Items & Distribution for BPS SY26.

Bids must be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time – Monday, August the 10th, 2026 and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, July 27th, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time. 

Boston Public Schools, Food and Nutrition department is seeking a vendor to provide New England & Domestic Fresh Produce Items and Distribution for Boston Public Schools. The scope includes the supply and delivery of food products to a central warehouse and direct delivery to schools in compliance with all applicable regulations and BPS nutritional standards.
