MINUTES
1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the August 13, 2026, Board Meeting.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS / INVITATION FOR BIDS / CONTRACTS / GRANTS
2. Request authorization to amend the engineering design services contract with Childs Engineering for construction documents to repair defects at Berth 10, increase the contract amount by $49,315 and further execute a 10% design contingency in the amount of $4,931.50, for an aggregate contract amendment amount not to exceed $54,246.50 and a total aggregate contract amount of $189,090.
3. Request authorization to amend the Engineering Services Contract with Gale Associates, Inc. for repair of the Platform and Canopy at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, and to increase the contract amount by $25,000 and a 10% contingency, for a total contract amount not to exceed $586,365.
4. Request authorization to amend the contract with DBI Waste Systems, Inc. for trash removal services in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park in the amount of $25,000 for a total contract amount of $140,087.
5. Request authorization to issue an Invitation for Bids for trash removal in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, for a period of 3 years with two 1-year term renewal options.
6. Request authorization to issue an Invitation for Bids for Inspection, Testing, Servicing, and Full Preventative Maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems at 12 Channel Street in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for a period of 3 years, with two 1-year term extension options.
7. Request authorization to execute a contract with The Peterson School to deliver instruction in Hot Works, Commercial & Industrial Refrigeration Prep, HVACR, ESCO HVAC, NATE, and Construction Math for the PowerCorps Boston Building Operations Training Program for a period of 6 months and in a contract amount not to exceed $130,000.00.

Request authorization to execute a Passthrough Contract with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation for the LINKUP Greater Boston Congestion Relief Program Grant in an amount not to exceed $11,448,556, to support neighborhood shuttle and microtransit services in Allston-Brighton, Charlestown, Mattapan, Roxbury, and the Seaport.
