INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL HEATERS AT 200 FRONTAGE ROAD GARAGE

The City of Boston, acting by the Property Management Department, 1 City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Installation of Electrical Heaters at 200 Frontage Road Garage.

A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 9:00AM. All potential bidders will meet in the front lobby of 200 Frontage Road, Boston, MA. Questions are due September 18, 2026, by 12:00PM.

Filed Sub-Bids for Electrical must be submitted via mail or delivered to Boston City Hall, One City Hall Plaza, Room 811 before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, September 29, 2026, and opened forthwith.

General Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, October 6, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, September 7, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., Boston time.  

Install 3 fan forced electric heaters in the garage area at 200 Frontage Rd. Install new electrical circuitry, including new breaker panel and new feed from main switchgear, to support new heaters.
