PLAYGROUND SURFACE
The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, Planning & Engineering/Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Ave, Boston, MA 02125, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.
Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: procurement.boston.gov.
All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Playground Surface Replacement at Various Boston Public Schools.
Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, November 12, 2026 via the City Supplier Portal website (procurement.boston.gov), under Event ID# EV00018088 or drop off to the Awarding Authority, 2nd Floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, November 12, 2026 and opened forthwith. Late bids will not be accepted.
The IFB documents will be available on or about Wednesday, October 28, 2026 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time via the City Supplier Portal website (procurement.boston.gov), under Event ID# EV00018088.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Playground surface replacement and related work through various Boston Public Schools as per specified plans and specifications.
