Zoë Petty

Hyde Park Liaison

Zoë Petty was born and raised in Boston and considers herself a product of the many resources and community-based organizations the city has to offer. Her passion for civic engagement started early—she began volunteering with Youth Enrichment Services (YES) as a ski instructor at 13 years old. In high school, she served on the Mayor’s Youth Council, further solidifying her commitment to public service.

Zoë holds a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication and Political Science from Temple University. Her professional experience includes roles at the Massachusetts State House in the Governor’s Office of Community Affairs, Madison Park Development Corporation, and the Community College of Philadelphia. She also gained international experience as a Constituency Intern with the British Parliament in the Office of MP Siobhain McDonagh.

A dedicated advocate for youth engagement, urban communities, and small businesses, Zoë is passionate about connecting Boston residents to the resources around them—especially those who may not be aware of what’s available. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to equity, access, and opportunity.

Outside of City Hall, Zoë serves as the Creative Director of House of Culture, her family's Boston-based boutique. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and currently serves on the Mayor’s SPARK Boston Council.

Cecily Graham

Deputy Director

Cecily Graham’s connection to Boston is deeply ingrained in both her personal and professional journey. A Boston native and product of Boston Public Schools, she holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration. She grew up and currently resides in the vibrant neighborhood of Hyde Park, where she is actively engaged in serving as the Hyde Park liaison.

As a first-generation Bostonian, her identity is enriched by a cultural tapestry woven from Jamaican, Haitian, and Dominican heritage — a mosaic of stories and traditions that define her essence.

With a dedicated background in public policy, research, and community organization, she has served as a former Director of Policy and Research, driven by a fervor for shaping effective policies. Simultaneously, her experience as an educator, with a focus on elementary and civic education, adds depth to her professional profile.

Her role at City Hall as one of the deputy directors for the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services allows Graham to connect with the community on a deeper level, addressing their concerns and fostering positive change. This engagement is driven by a passion for effective public service and community well-being.

Outside of her responsibilities as the Hyde Park liaison, she prioritizes self-care and leisure activities. She finds joy in immersing herself in the arts, spending quality time with loved ones, and embarking on road trips to explore new places. These activities not only recharge her but also align with her belief in the importance of holistic well-being.

Cecily Graham is the Deputy Director of Neighborhoods: Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Roxbury and Roslindale.

Lindsey Santana

Executive Director, the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services

Lindsey Santana was born in Boston. At the age of 10, she moved back home to the Dominican Republic. After six years, she returned to Boston where she attended and graduated from West Roxbury Academy. There she founded the Student Government Association, and became very active in her community.

Santana started her career in City Hall as a Community Project and Marketing Coordinator for the Office of Public Service, which is now known as the Mayor’s Office of Civic Organizing. She later became the Jamaica Plain liaison in ONS and served in that role for two years. She has also served as Community Engagement Manager for the Environment Department and most recently served as the Chief of Staff for City Councilor Brian Worrell.

In her new role as the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services, Santana will build on the Office’s work to provide essential services to constituents and work towards deepening the City’s relationship with local businesses, organizations, and residents in Boston.

She currently resides in Brighton and is pursuing her master’s in public relations at Boston University.  In her spare time, Lindsey likes to travel, read and spend time with family and friends.
