  1. The Development of a new Consolidated Plan

    The Plan outlines Boston’s housing and community development needs and priorities for the 5 year period of 7/1/18 to 6/30/23. The Consolidated Plan will be submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is a requirement to receive HUD funds. 

  2. The Annual Action Plan (budget)

    The Annual Action Plan specifies how we will use the approximately $24 million we expect to receive from these programs:

    • Community Development Block Grant (CDBG),
    • HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME),
    • Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG)
    • Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).
