At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on January 16, 2020.

On a petition by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority for the making of Specific Repairs at the following locations in Boston Proper, consisting of sidewalk reconstruction as well as new and relocated specialty pavement, stormdrain infrastructure, bollards, and emergency flood barrier infrastructure:

State Street – on its northerly side generally at address no. 296, east of Atlantic Avenue;

State Street – on its southerly side generally at address nos. 177-185, generally between Atlantic Avenue and McKinley Square.
