    Order for a hearing regarding energy distribution in East Boston and the location, need and safety of a proposed substation in the Eagle Hill neighborhood.

    This matter is sponsored by Councilor Lydia Edwards and was referred to the Committee on City and Neighborhood Services on January 29, 2020.
