1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of December 15, 2016 Meeting.
2. Request authorization to enter into a lease agreement with TS Lodging, LLC., Inc. for use of approximately 2,728 square feet of space at 12 Channel Street, Suite #506 in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
3. Request authorization to amend the Grant of Easement and the Easement Agreement with Eversource Energy for the installation and use of electric utilities under certain roadways, in support of the operation of a bulk power substation, in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
