    1.  Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the June 11, 2020    Meeting.

     

  2. ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

    2.    Request authorization to amend the existing agreement with the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center to receive funding for stakeholder engagement as part of the ongoing participation in the Community Microgrid Program in an amount not exceed $5,300.00; and, to enter into an agreement with Burr Energy LLC d/b/a MicroGrid Institute in the amount of $5,300.00 for consulting services for stakeholder engagement sessions.  

    3.    Request authorization to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with Department of Public Works for fuel and services provided by the fleet maintenance unit. 

    4.    Request authorization to extend the license agreement with Magellan Distribution Corp. for use of Cage #B-1 located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

    5.    Request authorization to enter into a license agreement with the City of Boston Public Facilities Development for use of 15, 000 square feet of space at 12 Channel Street, Suite 902.

    6.    Request authorization to extend a sublicense consent agreement with Live Nation Worldwide, Inc., to allow Ora Seaport to install, maintain and operate a temporary trailer as a leasing office on a portion of the premises known as the Rockland Bank Pavilion.

    7.    Request authorization to amend the license agreement with Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. to allow temporary use of a portion of 290 Northern Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for a full-service bar open to the general public, on a trial basis, during the 2020 concert season.  

    8.    Request authorization to enter into a license agreement with 150 Seaport, LLC for use of a portion of 3 Dolphin Way (a/k/a Parcel M) within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for temporary storage of construction materials in connection with the 150 Seaport Boulevard development in the Seaport District. 

    9.    Request authorization to enter into temporary license agreements for EDIC-owned properties for up to 30 days.

    10.    Request authorization to negotiate rent deferment agreements with tenants impacted by COVID-19. 

    11.    Request authorization to enter into a contract with Summit Labs for professional evaluation services of Boston Saves, the City of Boston’s Children Saving Account, in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00, funded by the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation. 

    12.    Request authorization enter into a consulting services contract with Browne, Bortz & Coddington, Inc. d/b/a BBC Research & Consulting to conduct a disparity study and integrate the BPDA results into the City of Boston’s disparity study report for an amount not to exceed $182,484.00.
