 1.           Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the July 16, 2020 Meeting.

2.    Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with John Berenson Interior Design, Inc. for use of Suite #302 at 22 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

3.    Request authorization to amend to Lease Extension with Haymarket Parcel 9 Investor LLC for continued use of 3,000 square feet on the fifth floor of 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

 

4.    Request authorization to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with City of Boston Property Management Department for the use of the Municipal Protective Services at 43 Hawkins Street and within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

5.    Request authorization to enter into a consent, non-disturbance and attornment agreement with respect to a sub-leasehold mortgage to tb granted by Mil 6T, LLC, a sub-tenant at 6 Tide Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

6.    Request authorization to expend $703,526.25 to the Boston Redevelopment Authority for Building 108 from the EDIC’s Brownfields Cleanup Fund; and, to enter into a Grant Agreement for said funds. 

7.    Request authorization to reimburse certain expenditures for the Raymond L. Flynn Parking Garage and South Jetty Seawall projects within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park from proceeds of a future Bond issuance.
