  1. NOTICE OF COMMUNITY OUTREACH MEETING: APOTHCA, INC.

    Notice is hereby given that Apothca, Inc. (“Apothca”) will hold a Virtual Community Outreach Meeting on September 24, 2020 at 6 p.m. to discuss the proposed siting of a Cannabis Establishment at 54A Hyde Park Avenue in Jamaica Plain. Apothca seeks to expand the operations of its previously permitted Medical Marijuana Treatment Center to incorporate adult-use marijuana retail sales within the confines of the existing building.

    This Virtual Community Outreach Meeting will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission’s Administrative Order Allowing Virtual Web-Based Community Outreach Meetings and the applicable requirements set forth in M.G.L. ch. 94G and 935 CMR 500.000 et seq. The Virtual Community Outreach Meeting is available at online using the password hydepark. Interested attendees may also call in via telephone at 1-408-418-9388 using the call in code: 173-362-0356

    A copy of the meeting presentation will be made available at least 24 hours prior to the meeting at ApothcaJP.squarespace.com. Interested members of the community will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from company representatives about the proposed facility and operations. Questions can be submitted in advance by emailing rebecca@vicentesederberg.com or asked during the meeting after the presentation.
