    9.        Request authorization to enter into a contract with Williamson Electrical Company, Incorporation, pursuant to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Operation Services Division Contract TRD04 Tradesperson Installation, Repair, Maintenance Services, for pump and motor services for drydock pump replacement and maintenance at Drydock No. 4, located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $93,454.00
