Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency

1.  Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the September 10, 2020 Meeting

2.    Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of The Cronin Group, LLC, and to enter into lease negotiations with The Cronin Group, LLC to facilitate the long-term lease and redevelopment of the EDIC-owned 24 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.  

3.    Request authorization to extend the short-term license agreement with Mass. Bay Brewing Company, Inc., for use of Parcel S-3 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park to operate an outdoor hospitality space. 

4.    Request authorization to amend the license agreement with John Moriarty & Associates, Inc., for the temporary use of a small portion of Pier 5 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for the live staging of two construction vehicles and construction laydown.

5.    Request authorization to amend the existing Ground Lease with ICCNE, LLC for approximately 4.362 acres of land located at 2 Harbor Street within the Raymond L Flynn Marine Park. 

6.    Request authorization to execute the assignment of the Ground Lease with Au Bon Pain Co., Inc. to Marcus Partners; to execute the assignment of the lease with Park Realty Trust to Marcus Partners; and to enter into a new lease with Marcus Partners for Parcel “O” and Parcel “P” located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

7.    Request authorization to extend rent deferments for severely impacted Covid-19 impacted tenants within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park and to enter into appropriate documents in connection therewith. 

8.    Request authorization to adopt Designer Selection Procedures in accordance with M.G.L. c. 7C and all other applicable laws.
