Boston Cannabis Board public meeting

Reason for cancellation: See below for reason.

The Boston Cannabis Board (the "BCB") hearing scheduled for Wednesday, December 9th, 2020 has been cancelled. Ember Gardens Boston, LLC (equity) has requested to defer for one (1) month to continue working with the community and will be rescheduled for the January hearing. Pursuant to the Ordinance Establishing the Equitable Regulation of Cannabis, the BCB maintains a one (1) to one (1) ratio of equity to non-equity applications. As such, the application by Union Twist, Inc. (non-equity) will be rescheduled for the January hearing as well to ensure adherence to that ratio.

All written testimony received to date will remain a part of the record. The agenda and access information for January will be posted and distributed prior to that hearing.
