    The Licensing Board for the City of Boston (the “Board”) is holding a virtual emergency licensed premise inspection hearing on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 11:00a.m. The Board reserves the right to amend this hearing notice prior to the emergency hearing as necessary.

    1. Licensee Name: Rosa Mexicano Boston LLC 

    DBA: Rosa Mexicano

    Incident Date: January 29, 2021

    Incident Description: Failure to adhere to the Governor’s Executive Order and the Board’s Advisory limiting capacity to twenty five percent (25%) of total seating capacity (excluding staff).

Failure of the Licensee to appear at the virtual emergency licensed premise inspection hearing will result in disciplinary action by the Board including, but not limited to, the suspension or revocation of any license issued by the Board.

    This hearing will be held pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. ch. 30 s. 20, M.G.L. ch. 140 s. 22 and s. 30, the Board’s Rules and Regulations, and Governor Charles Baker’s executive order (the “Order”) issued March 22, 2020, temporarily modifying certain requirements of the Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. ch. 30A s. 20) due to the ongoing public health crisis due to Covid-19 (coronavirus).
