    of land currently owned by the City of Boston, located at Harrison Avenue 
    in the Roxbury District (Ward 08, Parcel 0242604), and to transfer the 
    parcel to the Public Facilities Commission for the care, custody, 
    management and control of said parcel.

    parcels of land currently owned by the City of Boston, located at 
    Washington Street in the Roxbury District (Ward 08, Parcel 02426020 and 
    Ward 08, Parcel 0246010 respectively), and to transfer the parcels to the 
    Public Facilities Commission for the care, custody, management and control 
    of said parcels.

1101    Notice was received from the Mayor of the appointment of Mariangely 
    Sokis Cervera as a member of the Human Rights Commission for a term 
    expiring December 1, 2025.

    1102    Notice was received from the Mayor of the appointment of Richard 
    Glovsky as a member of the Disability Commission Advisory Board for a 
    term expiring January 6, 2025.

    1103    Notice was received from the City Clerk in accordance with Chapter 6 of 
    the Ordinances of 1979 re: action taken by the Mayor on papers acted upon 
    by the City Council at its meeting of August 31, 2022.

1017    The Committee on Government Operations, to which was referred on 
    August 31, 2022 Docket #1017, message and order for your approval a 
    home rule petition to the General Court entitled “Petition for a Special Law 
    Re: An Act Authorizing the City of Boston to Establish Fossil Fuel Free 
    Standards for New Construction and Major Renovation Projects," submits a 
    report recommending that the home rule petition ought to pass in a new 
    draft.

0929    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the 
    amount of Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000.000) in the form of a grant, for 
    the FY23 Public Safety Answering Point Support and Incentive Grant, 
    awarded by the MA Executive Office of Public Safety & Security to be 
    administered by the Police Department. The grant will fund costs associated 
    with providing Enhanced 911 services.

    0933    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the 
    amount of Four Hundred Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Dollars 
    ($413,890.00) in the form of a grant, for the FY23 State 911 Training Grant, 
    awarded by the MA Executive Office of Public Safety & Security to be 
    administered by the Police Department. The grant will fund the training and 
    certification of Enhanced 911 telecommunications staff.

    0935    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the 
    amount of One Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Dollars ($167,000.00) in 
    the form of a grant, for the FY23 Crisis Intervention Team Training & 
    Technical Assistance Center, awarded by the MA Department of Mental 
    Health to be administered by the Police Department. The grant will fund the 
    implementation and staffing of a CIT TTAC through Boston Police Street 
    Outreach Unit and Academy.

    0936    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the 
    amount of One Hundred Six Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Five Dollars 
    ($106,575.00) in the form of a grant, for the FY23 DMH Co Response 
    Grant, awarded by MA Department of Mental Health to be administered by 
    the Police Department. The grant will fund a full time recovery 
    coach/forensic peer specialist to assist BPD officers with HUB meetings 
    citywide.

    0937    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the 
    amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) in the form of a 
    grant, for the FY23 DMH Training Grant, awarded by the MA Department 
    of Mental Health to be administered by the Police Department. The grant 
    will fund overtime cost to backfill Crisis Intervention Team Training and 
    other mental health training for officers.
