    1.         Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the March 10, 2022 Meeting.

  2. DEVELOPMENT

    2.         Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of The Cronin Group, LLC, as Redeveloper; and to enter into lease negotiations with Redeveloper to facilitate the long-term lease and redevelopment of 24 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

    3.         Request authorization to award Tentative Designation status to and enter into lease negotiations with 22 Drydock, LLC as Redeveloper to facilitate the long-term lease and redevelopment of 20 and 22 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    4.         Request authorization to ratify to date, confirm and extend the Tentative Designation status of Thompson Island Outward Bound Education Center, Inc. for the redevelopment and long-term lease of EDIC Berth 10 dock and the adjacent water sheet within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

  3. ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

    6.         Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals from qualified developers to redevelop Parcel U within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    7.         Request authorization to accept a grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Seaport Economic Council to fund power distribution system upgrades at Drydock #3, in the amount of $598,800.00; and to grant said funds to Boston Ship Repair, LLC for the completion of power distribution system upgrades at Drydock #3 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

    8.         Request authorization to amend the Lease Agreement with Greensight, Inc. to add approximately 14,561 square feet on the eighth floor of 12 Channel Street, Suite #802 and to remove approximately 10,000 square feet on the sixth floor of 12 Channel Street, Suite #605 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    10.       Request authorization to amend the Lease Agreement with T-Mobile Northeast, LLC. to allow the installation of one gas powered generator as a back-up power source on the roof of 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

    11.       Request authorization to amend the Lease Agreement with RBK II, LLC. for the continued use of approximately 3,373 square feet of space in Suite #202 located at 22 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

    12.       Request authorization to enter into a License with MassRobotics, Inc. for the temporary use Suite 504 and Suite 805 of located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

    13.       Request authorization to execute a three-year contract with Aetna Fire Alarm Service Co., Inc. for Project Number 9519-C Inspection, Testing, Servicing and Full Preventative Maintenance of Fire Alarm Equipment within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $118,443.00.
