    2.         Request authorization to amend the Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, to allow the installation of a gas-powered generator, to be used as a back-up power source, on the roof of 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    3.         Request authorization to amend the License Agreement with Mass. Bay Brewing Company, Inc., to add approximately 2,700 square feet on a portion of Parcel S-2 and remove approximately 27,457 square feet on Parcel S-3 to operate as an outdoor hospitality space within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    4.         Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Unified Abatement Services, LLC. for the temporary use of a small portion of Pier 5 for the staging of two construction trailers within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.          

    5.         Request authorization to enter into architecture and engineering services contracts with 19 firms for house doctor architectural and engineering services on an “as needed” basis for EDIC-owned properties for three years, in the amount not to exceed $250,000.00 per year. 

    6.         Request authorization to enter into a contract with Presidio for the purchase of new Cisco switches for 43 Hawkins Street and 22 Palmer Street, in an amount not to exceed $70,267.28.

    7.         Request authorization to enter into a contract with Carahsoft Technology Corp. for the purchase of Zoom licenses, in the amount not to exceed $61,515.00.

    8.         Request authorize to disburse $89,500.00 of professional development funds to Babson College for the B-AGILE real estate finance and negotiation course; and to take all related actions. 

    9.       Approval of the appointment of James Arthur Jemison as the Director of the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston.
